- This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and organised, with experience in invoice processing and reconciliations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Process and match purchase invoices
* Reconcile supplier statements and handle queries
* Maintain accurate sales ledger records and documentation
* Support payment allocations and general ledger upkeep
* Monitor shared inbox and ensure timely approvals
🔹 What We're Looking For:
* Experience with invoice matching
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident handling financial data and documentation
* Graduates will be considered
