Start your job searchA result and data driven professional with deep expertise and extensive experience in the Record to Report Area and a strong continuous improvement background. This position will focus on the End-to-End process across businesses and also to a large extent across geographies. The individual will lead and drive broad change in systems and processes to improve process efficiency and effectiveness, enhancing the internal and external customer experience.
MUST HAVE:
- 5-10 years of finance & accounting experience, with a focus on financial closing, reporting & reconciliation.
- CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Implemented the R2R aspect of SAP before
- The ability to work across functions with the Finance organisation on the end-to-end R2R process.
- Experience identifying and supporting process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in R2R processes in respect to the Shared Service Center.
