SAP Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a SAP ADMINISTRATOR to join a global energy provider to provide Contract Administration support to Contract Holders and manage the SAP entry process and post Contracts Administration activities.
The role is based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising Requisitions for Contracts/Renewals and following process through, liaising with Contract Holder(s) across the business and Procurement as necessary.
- Ensure the Contract Holder(s) compliance with SAP system requirements. Supports the Contract Holder(s) in fulfilling the Contract Holder's roles, obligations and responsibilities in managing the Contract(s).
- Provides effective and efficient Contract Administration support to Contract Holder related to all post award contractual activities.
- Verifies that all Contractual transactions and tasks are performed in compliance to the Terms of Contract and Company.
- Any other related activities as required by the Manager HR Activities and Service Management London Branch and/or the Procurement Manager, etc.
Skills
- Able to solve any query/request/question related to procurement issues
- High level of organisational skills and demonstrable experience in providing administrative support.
- Flexibility & ability to be a strong team player.
- High level of professional and personal integrity.
- Ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
- Fairly knowledgeable and familiar with international contractual format.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of SAP (desirable if experienced using system version - SAP IESS (R3) [ESSENTIAL].
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint - at least intermediate level.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Fluent spoken and written Italian language is an asset, not essential for the role.
