We are supporting a leading global consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced SAP EWM Training Manager on a permanent basis.

You will lead the training workstream across complex SAP EWM and S/4HANA transformation programmes, helping clients prepare their warehouse teams for new systems, processes and ways of working.

Working alongside SAP EWM functional consultants, business process owners, change teams and operational stakeholders, you will translate detailed process and system changes into practical, role-based learning solutions.

This role requires someone with proven SAP EWM training experience, a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to lead training within complex client environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end training workstream for SAP EWM transformation programmes
  • Define the training strategy, delivery approach, governance and programme plan
  • Conduct training needs analysis, audience analysis and role-mapping activities
  • Develop role-based learning curricula for warehouse operatives, supervisors, key users and management teams
  • Translate SAP EWM processes and system functionality into clear, practical training content
  • Work closely with SAP EWM consultants, warehouse SMEs, process owners and change leads
  • Oversee the creation of instructor-led training, digital learning, simulations, user guides and quick-reference materials
  • Plan and deliver train-the-trainer sessions for key users and local training teams
  • Coordinate training delivery across multiple warehouse, logistics and distribution locations
  • Manage training schedules, resources, content development, dependencies and delivery risks
  • Track learner attendance, completion, readiness and training effectiveness
  • Support business readiness, go-live, hypercare and post-implementation adoption
  • Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders and programme leadership
  • Contribute to the continued development of the consultancy's SAP training and enablement capability
  • Support proposals, client presentations and the development of reusable SAP learning assets

Required experience

  • Proven experience leading training for one or more SAP EWM implementations or transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, staging and inventory management
  • Experience working within SAP S/4HANA transformation environments
  • End-to-end ownership of training needs analysis, curriculum design, content development and delivery planning
  • Experience creating role-based learning for operational warehouse populations
  • Ability to translate complex SAP EWM processes into accessible and practical learning content
  • Experience delivering training across complex, multi-site or international organisations
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills across consulting, programme and operational teams
  • Confidence working with SAP functional consultants, business process owners and warehouse SMEs
  • Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-moving transformation programmes
  • Willingness to travel to client and warehouse locations when required

Desirable experience

  • Experience using SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360, WalkMe, Whatfix or similar learning technologies
  • Exposure to embedded SAP EWM or decentralised SAP EWM environments
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply-chain, logistics or distribution organisations
  • Knowledge of organisational change, business readiness and user-adoption methods
  • Experience managing content developers, trainers or third-party learning suppliers
  • Previous experience working for a consultancy or within a client-facing role
  • Exposure to additional SAP functions such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance or SAP Ariba Source-to-Pay

What the consultancy offers

  • A permanent position within a leading global consultancy
  • Exposure to major SAP EWM and S/4HANA transformation programmes
  • The opportunity to work with experienced SAP, change and learning specialists
  • Variety across complex, enterprise-scale client environments
  • The opportunity to shape SAP learning strategies from design through to deployment
  • Continued professional development and clear career-progression opportunities
  • A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
