Responsibilities:

• Purchase Ledger maintenance and control
• Responsible for accurate and timely posting of overhead invoices
• On-going reconciliation of supplier statements
• Processing of Employee expenses
• Purchase order tracking and Query analysis
• Liaising internally and with suppliers with respect to queries
• Monthly Accounts Payable close per department deadline requirements
• Supporting the AP manager with reporting requirements and current projects
• Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required within the Finance Department

Experience needed:

• Previous experience in a high volume Accounts Payable role essential
• Demonstrable experience working in a fast paced, growing business
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisational/time management skills
• Confident working under own initiative
