A reputable hospitality brand based in central London is currently recruiting for an Senior Accounts Payable Assistant to their finance division.

You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, setting up and monitoring supplier accounts, preparation of weekly payment runs, processing multi-site journals, sending remittance advices, dealing with queries, maintaining records and other ad-hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years working in accounts payable. You will have the ability to work well as a team as well as independently and must have good communication skills and confident when working with non-finance staff and suppliers. Ideally the candidate will have multi-site experience. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Sage 200 is essential. The ideal candidate will also be available on short notice.
