Job Description
- Balancing multiple projects and priorities, both leading and assisting on audits
- Acting as a mentor; offering support and guidance to more junior members of the team
- Utilise technical knowledge of financial reporting to assess risk areas in clients' financial statements.
- Exercise professional scepticism to challenge where judgements appear inappropriate
- Assess the quality and validity of explanations and evidence supporting these judgements.
- Collaborate with Hubs and other specialist teams
- Be aware of strategic objectives and organisational initiatives, as well as other circumstances and events relevant to your work and specialism.
- Supporting improvements in audit methodology, audit software, use of financial data, and operational working practices.
- Influence and provide value to our clients by building your understanding of their operations and challenges
