Role Overview
Support accurate client invoicing, month‑end processes, and continuous improvement of billing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, timely invoices with supporting documentation
- Investigate billing discrepancies and implement solutions
- Improve billing processes and support system enhancements
- Assist with new product/service implementation and maintain documentation
- Support month‑end accounting and ensure accurate entries
- Perform data checks, analyse anomalies, and ensure audit compliance
- Build strong stakeholder relationships

Skills & Experience
- Degree in Maths, IT, Finance, or similar
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, large datasets)
- Analytical, organised, and solution‑focused
- Experience with month‑end processes (preferred)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, VBA/macros (advantageous)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive with strong ownership and attention to detail
