Start your job searchPartnered with one of the worlds largest financial institutions as they add a Senior Business Analyst to the growing Dublin office.
In this role you will work alongside a global team (EMEA & US) who are laser focused on documenting, streamlining and scrutinizing processes & ways of working to support business efficieny/growth. The successful candidate will have a technical background as this work closely with the IT team for the enhancement & launch of new tech & applications across the business.
Key Responsibilities...
- Engage with all operational teams across the business and collate feedback from all teams regarding process frustrations and areas to be addressed.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Identify processes for improvement and recommend these for review.
- Develop processes that align resources, increase firm efficiency, and further strategic goals.
- Engage with IT in deploying new or existing technology and/or focus on increasing collaboration and communication across or within functional teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional education to increase awareness and appreciation of how each team's efforts impact others (and vice versa).
- Support business projects activities such as project planning, timeline development, and preparation of presentations and other documentation in support of these initiatives.
What you will need to qualify...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a Business Analyst capacity in financial services ideally within funds.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
