A leading property development company is looking for a Finance analyst to join initially for a 12 Months FTC. Reporting into the Development Director you will be responsible for all financial reporting and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working alongside the Head of Financial planning & analysis.
• Presenting development project appraisals to senior stakeholders.
• Preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Reviewing financial models and presenting analysis, including investor funds.
• Overview of cash flows, review project costs and provide variance's for month end.
• Developing and maintaining relationships across the development teams.
• Track each purchase order process and assist in the annual audit.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified, ideally with a background in property development. Early application is advised due to the urgent nature of the role.
