Senior Finance Business Partner
Up to £60,000 plus good benefits

Marks Sattin are partnering exclusively with a well-known Cheltenham business to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner. A commercially-focused role, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation.
A key focus on evaluating strategic investments, supporting business cases and providing the financial insights to inform commercial decision-making. Additional support required around the business planning and financial modelling.
The role will include the opportunity to manage a small team and will balance the commercial aspects above with the management, development and support of the team whose remit is more management accounting-focused.
What we're looking for
- Preferably a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience of business partnering.
- Some previous line management experience
- Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience of investment appraisal and business case development
- A good communicator with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strives for improvement and seeks to challenge the status quo
