Start your job searchInternational Retail business based in London is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity focusing on the company's eCommerce business, which is budgeted to equate to 40% of total company turnover by the end of the year. This is a key hire for them as eCommerce is where they see the majority of their UK and international growth.
Reporting into the Head of Financial Control your responsibilities would include:
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly management information with commentary.
- Hold review meetings with the eCommerce Director and the eCommerce teams to feedback actionable insight into the result, identifying drivers of overspend.
- Improve month-end reporting and analysis to better communicate financial performance to key stakeholders to support decision making.
- Support and guide the team through the budget process.
- Lead the team to ensure accurate and complete financial accounting.
- Regular detailed review of balance sheets with significant focus on material balances to identify balance sheet risks.
- Involvement in the year-end process.
- Management of a team of 2.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant FP&A experience. Either experience of working for an eCommerce business or working for a Retail business looking after their eCommerce channel is essential.
