Senior Finance Manager | 9 month FTC | Up to £65k | Lancashire

Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic and efficient Senior Finance Manager 9 month FTC in Lancashire. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing comprehensive finance operations, conducting financial planning and analysis, reconciling balance sheets, and enhancing procedures and controls.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations within the organisation.
• Analyse financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports with actionable insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Participate actively in the year-end audit process, addressing performance-related inquiries.
• Lead projects such as process automation and system improvements.
• Compile and present monthly Board Packs and Profit & Loss Accounts.

About you:

• ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Highly motivated and ambitious.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
