Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic and efficient Senior Finance Manager 9 month FTC in Lancashire. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing comprehensive finance operations, conducting financial planning and analysis, reconciling balance sheets, and enhancing procedures and controls.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations within the organisation.
- Analyse financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports with actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Identify and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Participate actively in the year-end audit process, addressing performance-related inquiries.
- Lead projects such as process automation and system improvements.
- Compile and present monthly Board Packs and Profit & Loss Accounts.
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
