Start your job searchAn investor led beverage and wine producer and distributor is recruiting for an Interim Finance Manager on an initial 12 month contract. This is a highly visible role, responsible for the oversight and management of operational finance, management accounting and overall financial management of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced qualified accountant to step into a key leadership role.
As the Interim Finance Manager, you will be:
- Reporting to the Financial Controller with ownership and responsibility over the production of management accounts
- Own reporting cycles in line with C-suite needs and investor reporting
- Manage the day to day accounting and transactional finance function, leading a team of 4
- Proactively implement improvements and resolve queries, leading a programme of development for the junior team members across purchase ledger, credit control and receivables
- Actively taking part of the finance project team focused on efficiency and process improvement
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 1-3 years PQE. The successful candidate for the Interim Finance Manager role will be able to demonstrate aptitude across team management, engagement and development. Prior experience in drinks distribution and production is highly beneficial, as is a background in PE-backed businesses. Apply ASAP to ensure you are considered for this Interim Finance Manager role.
