Start your job searchLocated in the heart of London, this boutique real estate fund manager with impressive returns on their funds and have ambitious plans to spearhead growth into newer markets and products is actively looking for an experienced Fund Accountant to join the commercial finance team. With several significant European portfolios already acquired this year, this is an opportunity to join a business that is well-positioned to take advantage of the market conditions.
Aside from core fund accounting duties spanning a pan-European property portfolio, other responsibilities in this role will include management of key investor relations as well as ad hoc project work with the investment team. Due to the private equity set up, you will have involvement in capital calls, quarterly equity pick-ups and international exposure across the business, both internally and externally.
This is a high profile role, and as such, we need someone who can hit the ground running. With this in mind, it would be advantageous to a qualified accountant with 1-4 years of real estate fund accounting experience. As you will be dealing with high profile individuals daily, you must have the confidence and personality to succeed here.
