One of the forerunners and most established private equity real estate investors in the world. With several hundred million already raised for their latest oversubscribed Debt fund, this is an exceptionally rewarding company to work for. The business has produced absolute blockbuster returns, and with success comes prosperity as rewards for employees have been more than rewarding both from a role and financial perspective.

Working closely with the Director you will play a pivotal role in the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the quarterly timetable and reporting process across various parties to ensure reporting deadlines are met.

  • Review quarterly and annual reports and financial statements of the Funds and SPVs.

  • Review monthly and weekly NAVs and prepare commentary.

  • Review annual audited financial statements - fund level and entity (including feeder

    Vehicles and SPVs).

  • Management of the audit process including preparation of documents required by third

    parties to ensure audit deadlines are met.

  • Maintain control of internal schedules with accuracy.

  • Coordinate capital events (funding of investments, capital calls distributions, dividends).

  • Management of banking requirements- where applicable.

  • Management of day to day cash and accounting information flow with various administrators.

  • Prepare various analysis and attend to investors queries.

  • Prepare liquidity report and cashflow management- Fund and feeder vehicles and intra-fund

    accounting.

  • Calculate quarterly investment advisory fees and fund expenses.

  • Involve in tax compliance - UK and local jurisdiction - where applicable.

  • Involve in regulatory and compliance aspects of the fund where applicable.

  • Management of accounts payable.

  • Other ad hoc task, projects.

This varied role will attract a high calibre qualified accountant with high attention to detail with good analytical skills and the ability to evaluate financial data of complex structure. You will need real estate or private equity fund accounting experience in order to hit the ground running.
