Start your job searchI am working with a client based in Oxford who is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer for a period of 6 months
- The role will be working primarily on 2nd line tickets, working with end users in both Mac & Windows environments.
- The role will include a significant amount of face to face support and you must have good stakeholder engagement skills as a result.
- You will also be expected to pick up 1st line duties on occasion.
This role will suit someone with strong first line experience and some exposure to second line. You will have a broad base of technical experience and be used to resolving issues in a timely fashion.
In return you will receive a competitive day rate, and the opportunity to work with a highly efficient team who have exposure to a variety of different technical issues.
This role will be 5 days per week on site in Oxford.
