A FTSE 100 property developer are looking for a newly qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team based in Central London.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who have gained experience preparing management accounts. Responsibilities will include reviewing the balance sheet, p&l, intercompany reconciliations, collation and review of the monthly board report, KPI reporting and analysis, working closely with senior management to present financials as well as managing and overseeing the work of an Assistant Accountant.

The ideal candidate will be a newly Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA or equivalent), preferably with industry experience. The successful candidate should be ambitious, a team player and have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Previous experience working within the property space would be beneficial but is not essential, and previous supervisor or managerial experience is desirable.
