Senior Project Manager - Dublin - Financial Services

Fantastic opportunity to lead out on Large Scale Financial Services Change and Transformation programs with a global consulting firm.

You will focus on delivering complex change programs for a wide variety of Financial services with a key focus being creating innovative solutions to a number of complex Risk, Regulatory, Tech and AI/Robotics issues.

Broadly speaking…..

  • Managing and delivering large-scale transformation programmes and projects to time, cost and quality across a range of Financial Services blue chip and boutique firms.
  • Building valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and developing a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities;
  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent, high-quality work products by your teams, providing a platform to build and maintain our global brand, reputation and purpose.
  • Acting as a subject matter resource in one or more areas, leveraging your knowledge and experience to shape services for clients
  • Leading presentations and proposals for medium to high complex projects and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals in relevant areas
  • Creating innovative solutions and commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contributing to thought leadership;
  • Driving improvements by taking responsibility for engagement / account level Quality & Risk Management (QRM) initiatives, ensuring that project teams understand and comply with our Q&RM requirements.

The ideal candidate will have gained at least 8-9 years Project Management experience coming from a Financial Services and or Consulting background with PMP, PMI, Prince II or Masters level equivalent essential.

Agile, Scrum, Waterfall are all added benefits however strong Stakeholder Management is a main stay and pre requisite.
