I am looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter on a contract basis to work full time on a project we have recently won for a major global consultancy company.
Working with the client's HR team, the main remit of the role will be to use your experience in recruitment to source and qualify high-level perm candidates for a number of open IT roles across the entire project lifecycle, but primarily software development, cloud, SAP/ERP and architecture.
Initial duration will be 3 months with the opportunity to extend.
This role will be a mixture of remote and onsite, depending on needs and government restrictions
Due to the nature of the position, the role will fall within IR35.
What you will be doing
- Work with the client's hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Seek out and engage with passive and active candidates. You will have a variety of sources at your disposal, but the expectation is that you will also tap into your own candidate network
- Qualify candidates through a variety of methods, primarily telephone / video interviews
- Ensure a smooth and professional journey for the candidate though the client's interview process
- Be an extension of the client's HR team and ensure the status of the open roles you are responsible for is reported effectively
- Use ours as well as the client's ATS system to its full potential.
What we expect from you
- Proven track record as a 180 or 360 agency or internal IT recruiter
- Minimum 5 years' experience of recruitment, but will remain open minded depending on background
- Experience of filling technical perm roles across the entire project lifecycle, but primarily software development, cloud, SAP/ERP and architecture
- Ability to maximise the usage of LinkedIn Recruiter, and knowledge of utilising job boards
- Have a great candidate network! This will be vital
- A consultative and professional approach to working with clients and candidates alike
- Be open, honest, solution oriented and passionate about what you do
- Ideally be available for an immediate start, or within a week if currently on assignment
This is an opportunity to gain valuable internal recruitment experience within a global consultancy brand that will look great on your CV, so please send me your CV ASAP
