Overview:
A leading consultancy is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a high-profile client account within the UK public sector. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the client's internal ServiceNow team, contributing to strategic decisions and platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical designs.
• Provide technical governance and enforce coding standards across internal and client-side development teams.
• Produce and maintain high-level design documentation and solution architecture artefacts.
• Act as a senior escalation point for development blockers and platform-related issues.
• Identify and log continuous improvement opportunities across the ServiceNow platform.
• Support platform health management and contribute to technical triage during major incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Senior Developer.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in technical governance and mentoring development teams.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with both business and IT stakeholders.
