Share Plans Administrator - Financial Services - 6-month contract
A leading financial services business based in London is looking for an experienced Share Plans Administrator to join on a 6-month contract. This role will support the smooth delivery and governance of the company's employee share schemes and provide day-to-day expertise across all share-related activity.
You'll be involved in every stage of the share plan lifecycle - from set-up and maintenance through to vesting and reporting. Working closely with colleagues across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Legal, as well as with external plan providers, you'll ensure everything runs accurately and compliantly.
Responsibility:
- Managing a variety of share plans including SIP, SAYE, LTIP, and discretionary schemes.
- Handling participant communications and resolving any share plan queries.
- Maintaining precise records and ensuring compliance with internal controls and legislation.
- Coordinating key plan events such as launches, maturities, and vestings, and preparing related communications.
- Supporting internal and HMRC reporting requirements.
- Dealt with or worked with external administrators such as Equiniti, Computershare etc. to ensure seamless plan operation.
Requirements:
- Share plan experience with a background in reward administration within Financial Services.
- You must be immediately available or on a short notice period.
- Solid understanding of UK share plan regulations and tax considerations.
- Excellent Excel skills and a methodical approach.
- Clear and confident communicator who can build relationships across multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
