Start your job searchUrgent Priority - Great Opportunity - Leading global FTSE100 engineering organisation requires competent Technical Support Analyst. As Technical Support Analyst you will provide local on-site support for availability management and global/regional project implementation activity ensuring local infrastructure delivers to business expectations (SLA).
Expertise & Responsibility
- Experience with Windows 7, MS Exchange, Office 365, Mobile Technology, Printer Technology, DNS, DHCP, Switches and Routers.
- Working knowledge of desktop, laptop, server and printer computer hardware dependencies and relationships of networks, phones, mobiles, PC's operation systems, databases etc
- Experience of technical implementation with solid understanding of Microsoft and networking technologies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with executive stakeholders is essential
- Recognised IT qualification would be beneficial
- Experience as Technical Support Analyst, Technical Support Consultant, Technical Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, IT Support Consultant, IT Support Analyst, IT Support Engineer, IT Support Specialist, 2nd Line Support Analyst, 2nd Line Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support Analyst, 2nd Line Support Consultant
