My Client, a leader in the retail industry is looking to add a VAT Manager to their team on a 9 month contract. The successful candidate will be a fluent french speaker and ideally fully qualified. They must also have strong experience within EU VAT compliance and have previously worked within a company that also moved goods across Europe. You will also handle Reconciliation work between the refund requests and source data and put into a format required by the tax administration to support the refund requests.
Required skills
- 2+ Years experience of working within VAT or accounting
- Strong excel and systems skills
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Preferred skills
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience with European VAT
- Experience of VAT compliance.
- French speaker
