A leading London based Venture Capital firm is seeking a talented ACA to join its expanding finance function. With over 10 years experience as a pioneer in its field, this opportunity offers a rare chance to work for an industry renowned firm known for its fantastic culture, which is more aligned to that of a media or tech firm than a traditional Financial Services company.
The role is a Venture Capital Fund Accountant which will entail looking after a portfolio of the companies investments. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of monthly management and statutory accounts for the funds, forecasting and modelling of future performance and directly reporting to senior stakeholders. In addition to this, you will be liaising directly with fund managers and directors, gaining broad exposure to several areas of the business.
Due to the varied nature of this role no day will ever be the same, and as such this role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow your skill set within an environment that actively encourages growth.
The successful candidate will be an ACA with 0-3 years post qualification experience within a relevant industry, preferably Private Equity or Investment Management, or a newly qualified ACA with relevant audit experience.
The salary will range between £50,000-£65,000 depending on current experience with a discretionary bonus on top (typically around 20%), as well as other benefits.
