The firm focuses on providing high quality independent M&A advice purely for companies within the Information Technology industry. Transaction size varies but they cover deals all over the world with a strong presence in London and San Francisco.

Candidates will need to show real interest in the TMT sector and will likely come from a TMT or clean tech related sector team in either a bulge bracket bank or well respected boutique.

Fluency in multiple European languages would be a distinct advantage but is by no means essential. Most importantly this firm values entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about the TMT sector.
