Accounts Assistant - Central London
A fast-growing, strategy-led advertising agency in central London is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join its dynamic finance team. With ambitious growth plans and a commitment to exceptional client service, this is a great opportunity to grow your finance career in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match media owner invoices to bookings and process 750+ invoices monthly
- Prepare bi-monthly payment runs and monitor the accrual ledger
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice queries with internal teams
- Maintain the aged creditors report and support month-end processes
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years' experience in a finance or accounts role
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling high volumes of invoices
- Proficient in Excel and eager to take on new challenges
