Accounts Assistant - Central London

A fast-growing, strategy-led advertising agency in central London is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join its dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Match media owner invoices to bookings and process 750+ invoices monthly
• Prepare bi-monthly payment runs and monitor the accrual ledger
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice queries with internal teams
• Maintain the aged creditors report and support month-end processes

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years' experience in a finance or accounts role
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling high volumes of invoices
• Proficient in Excel and eager to take on new challenges
