I am currently working with a highly innovate, fast growing hospitality business who are looking for an Accounts Assistant join their expanding finance team. This is a great time to join a company that is continually opening new sites across both the UK and US.

Reporting into the Senior Management Accountant, duties will include; bank reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, preparation and posting of invoices, managing supplier relationships, maintain the schedules for the management account journals (including accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register) and assist with any ad hoc duties when required.

To qualify, you will have worked within finance for 1-2 years, able to execute the Accounts Payable function including bank reconciliations. You will be looking to study towards ACCA/CIMA, and have good Excel skills. Communication skills are essential, as is having attention to detail. Experience working within hospitality in a small/med finance team is advantageous.
