Marks Sattin is happy to collaborate with a Regional Law Firm who is looking for an ambitious Purchase Ledge Clerk to join their Plymouth office. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable growing business to excel your knowledge of finance function.

Reporting to Finance Manager you will be supporting the Accounting Team with the processing of the firms Purchase Ledger and general day to day financial activities and gain understanding of the Solicitors Account Rules.

This role will be paying £23-24,5k per annum with study support & Hybrid working (2 days WFH) and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices: Matching, batching, and coding
• Ensuring invoices are approved in accordance with firm policies
• Ensuring invoices are consistent with VAT regulation
• Gathering invoices and expenses due for payment
• Handling supplier queries
• Ad hoc finance supoort
