Accounts Payable - London

Seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for an 18-month fixed term contract within an award-winning advertising agency based in Central London. You will be responsible for all outgoing cash; ensuring our suppliers are paid on time and accurately which is essential to running a successful business.

Candidates Background:

  • You have previous work experience in Accounts Payable.
  • You have experience working in media/advertising, with knowledge of how the industry works or experience in a high-volume transactional business with regular AP reconciliation (essential).
  • NetSuite experience is preferable.
  • You have strong Excel skills.
  • You are a team player and willing to help others.
  • You are calm under pressure and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are happy to share ideas for new initiatives and ways of working and equally happy to hear other people's ideas.
