Accounts Receivable Clerk - London

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a consumer retail business based in Central London on a 3‑month contract. This role focuses on managing sales invoicing across multiple entities within a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Issue sales invoices across multiple entities and liaise with customers to ensure accurate billing.
• Reconcile, collect, and clear aged debtor balances in a timely manner.
• Code and post invoices, process payments, reconcile supplier statements, and manage supplier queries.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
• Support month‑end processes and assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum three years' experience in Accounts Receivable.
• AAT studier or qualified (desirable).
• Experience using Xero (desirable).
• Background in retail and stock‑related finance processes (desirable).
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (essential).
