I am currently working with a leading financial services organisation who are recruiting for an ALM Manager to join the team.

You will be working closely with the senior management team; you will support the creation and implementation of the FTP Framework to optimise the asset and liability profile of the balance sheet.

• Excess liquidity optimisation
• Maturity intermediation strategy
• Savings term/product mix strategy
• Liquidity portfolio strategy

With the exposure across the business, due to the size, you will be given more responsibility and a chance to take on a wider role compared to most. You will ideally have a great understanding of asset, liability and balance sheet management and a good understanding of treasury risk
