A high-quality, luxury consultancy service is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join the centralised finance team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support financial operations across the group and its agencies
• Promote consistency through shared services
• Assist in the preparation of month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset depreciation
• Handle key transactional finance tasks including:
  • sales and purchase ledger maintenance
  • weekly and monthly reconciliations
  • month-end preparation
• Perform monthly reviews of aged debtors and resolve discrepancies
• Produce weekly aged debtor reports
• Participate in weekly cash review meetings
• Track project-related costs across agencies
• Process company credit card transactions and staff expense claims
• Prepare and execute the fortnightly supplier payment run
• Know Your Client (KYC) - act as the key coordinator for requests across the group

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role where you will have exposure to Management Accounts and can progress your career with a growing company. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated and proactive with 1-2 years' experience in an accounting role.
