Our Big 4 client is seeking candidates with Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) experience at both the associate and Manager Level.

Unlike the most Commercial Due Diligence teams our client is offering candidates the opportunity to gain exposure to strategic advisory engagements and post merger integration projects. The fluid set up of our clients corporate finance department means candidates are encouraged to gain a commercial knowledge of the other corporate finance products outside of their remit.

Suitable candidates are likely to have an MBA and a minimum of 1 years experience in a consulting capacity. Candidate with commercial experience couple with consulting Commercial Due Diligence will be looked on favourably.
