Key Responsiblilites

• Produce and issue accurate invoices to clients in line with contractual agreements.
• Resolve first-line billing and invoicing enquiries promptly and effectively.
• Maintain and update invoicing systems (primarily Excel/macros) to ensure alignment with billing data and client relationship changes.
• Support the development and maintenance of billing dashboards in line with stakeholder requirements and SLAs.
