Marks Sattin are currently working with a large multinational legal firm who are looking to recruit a Billing Assistant into their team on a permanent basis!

Our client will pay up to £28,000 on a 35 hour working week and can also offer hybrid working (2 days working from home per week).

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Working closely with the e-billing and finance teams to provide a seamless billing experience.
• Conducting regular WIP reviews to ensure prompt billing and financial hygiene.
• Supporting strategic growth by automating processes and resolving rejections.
• Maintain ledger financial hygiene (write-offs, transfers, BTK amends).
• Ensure bills are raised in line with client protocols.
• Resolve e-billing rejections.
