Start your job searchWe are working with an up & coming Fintech firm, which is looking to bring on board a Business Development Manager to their team in Woodford Green, Essex.
Our client is an exciting payments provider with a strong foothold in the expanding gaming market.
You will have the chance to work as a lead Business Development Manager, with the opportunity to manage a small team with plans for expansion this year.
You will be paid a competitive salary with an entitlement to an exceptional pension scheme and performance related commission structure, while receiving a generous holiday allowance and other exceptional range of benefits.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3+ years of business development (B2B Sales) experience in a SME/Start-Up, within the payments provider, Fintech or gaming/gambling sectors.
Example of responsibilities to expect:
- Generate mass leads and opportunities for the business including both potential introducers and individual businesses.
- Monitor global industry developments and identify opportunities for new businesses.
- Outline target strategy
- Make calls to prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Communicate proposals effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Showcase accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking.
- Meet / exceed monthly KPI's and targets.
- Create marketing initiatives for partnerships management.
Candidate Requirements
- You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development (B2B sales) in a SME/Start- Up, within the Payments Provider, Fintech or Gaming sectors!!!
- Strong track record of identifying, qualifying and closing new business leads.
- Hands-on approach and great business intuition to work in a fast-evolving start-up environment.
- Able to achieve and exceed all targets! - Must have a proven record of this!
- Great problem solving & client facing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence management and to lead and work collaboratively across teams.
