Capital Markets - Boutique Consulting Firm - Partner Level

Partner Level - c.£100k+ plus benefits, profit share & equity

This firm is a specialist Capital Markets Consulting Firm which has rapidly established a highly successful business model and growth story. The business has now set out a strong growth target over the next 2 years, to grow their client base, consultant pool and capabilities. They are looking for a small number of high calibre individuals to join the executive team, helping to build the business and share the profit rewards on a fast-track to partnership.

This opportunity provides a platform to bring fresh thinking and ideas, to help shape the direction of this growing specialist consultancy, and maintain extend their market position. You will be in a flexible and open working environment with investment in your professional development. This fast-track to partnership opportunity will be rewarded with a high level of compensation and equity ownership.

You will be an expert in either Capital Markets product/function or a change capability, with strong experience in a leading consultancy or investment bank. You will have excelled in leadership positions and demonstrated business development skill in previous roles.
