Our client is a PE Backed B2B business and are on the hunt for a CEO. Working closely with the investors and board, the CEO will work on getting the company ready for an exit.

As CEO your responsibilities will include developing high quality business strategies and plans, ensuring the alignment with short-term and long-term objectives, ensure the company meets its financial goals, ensuring that all business units and operations are aligned with company strategy. You'll be fundamental in leading the senior management team in order to create and implement strategic plans. You'll be expected to perform other duties and decisions where necessary to ensure the company is aligned with the short term goal of an exit.

The ideal candidate will have -

  • Had experience as a CEO/MD within a PE-Backed company
  • Successfully completed an exit as CEO/MD
  • Experience of implementing a leadership vision and leading a management team across multiple team
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
  • Ideally had experience within the B2B or manufacturing sector
