Marks Sattin Executive Search are partnering with a private equity backed Healthcare Services Business in their search for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead their finance function. The overburdening of national health services has rapidly increased the demand for private healthcare, offering the business huge opportunity to grow as it expands its provision of the best healthcare services and thus best outcomes for patients.

The Management of this business is looking for a creative and ambitious CFO to drive substantial growth in anticipation of a successful exit in the future. The role entails partnering with the CEO to lead a large and growing team, driving improvement in the reporting of measures such as KPIs and taking the lead in financial and accounting functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a CFO looking to create value in an important, fast-paced and niche industry.

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced CFO, ideally in a PE Backed Business. Highly desirable to have experience in the Healthcare Services sector
• Experience in growth creation: scaling up a business
• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered
• Highly analytical, commercially astute, and technically strong with attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills: capable of leading and motivating a team towards significant growth
• Excellent interpersonal skills: capable of strengthening relationships with investors and business partners
