We are actively seeking an Import & Export Administrator for a well established company in Haydock.

The main duties include:

• Complete Export documentation and collate Import documents ensuring all processes are followed
• Assist in the resolution of customs entry issues on Export orders
• Maintain Export Register
• Check/Request Import and Export declaration from Customs Intermediary
• Liaise with nominated Customs Brokers
• Regularly run order tracking report and use to update ongoing EU Import Order Register
• Provide documents to assist reconciliation of Duty Deferment account used for Imports
• Provide general support and guidance to other departments for import and export queries

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Import & Export experience
• An up to date knowledge of Import & Export legislation and regulations
• Good Excel skills
