Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for a CFO to join a PE Backed Multisite Healthcare Services business on a hybrid working model. They are looking to grow their business through acquisitions and integrations to expand their portfolio of sites.

Working closely with the CEO, members of the executive team, and the PE house, the CFO will play a key role in decision making and leading the financial team to increase the company's services.

As CFO, you will take the lead in the finance function through M&A, key stakeholder engagement, providing input into the strategic developments, and creating a robust and adaptable structure for a fast-paced environment. Other key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
• Experience working in a PE Backed business, ideally in the healthcare and or related sectors
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with M&A (acquisitions and integrations)
• Preferable, but not essential to have been through an Exit
