Start your job searchInnovative PE backed pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution business seeks highly skilled CFO to partner with the CEO in driving the continued success and growth of the business. The company is a corporate carve out with huge growth potential which manufactures and distributes multiple pharmaceutical products. They are looking to expand their product range and reach new customers nationwide.
As the number one in finance, the CFO will have full responsibility for managing the finance function, working in partnership with the CEO developing, delivering and evaluating the overall strategy for the business. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and PE investors, you will be a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA and ACMA) preferably chartered ideally with experience as a CFO in consumer pharmaceuticals, otherwise a background in retail would be beneficial. Experience of setting up a finance function from scratch and/or a corporate carve out would be advantageous but not essential.
