We are representing a recognised Bank in their search for a Company Secretary to support their Company Secretarial function based in their London Office. This role is perfect for an experienced Company Secretary looking to continue their career within an innovative Financial Services Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial support to Board members and other members of the company. This will include planning meetings, writing the minutes, attending board meetings and ensuring matters arising are actioned
  • Giving advice on relevant statutory and regulatory governance requirements and ensuring their compliance
  • Working closely with other Company Secretaries to ensure all tasks are organised
  • Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations and taking all appropriate action
  • Ensuring that there is clear communication between the board and its committees and between senior management and non-executive directors

Qualifications:

  • ICSA qualified or part-qualified
  • Well-equipped in drafting minutes of meetings
  • Experienced in working in the Financial Services (especially Banking) space
  • Able to communicate and work professionally with senior stakeholders and board members in the business
