Start your job searchMarks Sattin is currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager who will be working in this exciting and growing fund specialist.
You will be supporting the Head of Compliance in designing and maintaining the Compliance policies, associated frameworks, relevant risk assessments and monitoring plans.
Working in a hybrid working pattern with travel to the office required once every one to two weeks, you will be given full flexibility to deliver in the role.
 The role will give you great exposure and you will be responsible for:
- Leading on the business's transaction specific compliance activities including AML/KYC assessment and other relevant compliance risks
- Supporting the Head of Compliance on the compliance oversight and management of the Group's investment advisory business and other associated business units including bridge lending and development finance
- Taking a lead in committee meetings, deputising for the Head of Compliance when required
- Working closely with compliance teams to assess local compliance risks and determine appropriate actions to close any gaps.
- Undertaking cross compliance monitoring work on key regulatory topics
You will have experience working in a compliance function working in a wealth management or fund organisation.
