Start your job searchMarks Sattin is working with a leading global law firm to recruit a Finance Service Desk Analyst.
As a Finance Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for finance-related queries from internal teams and external suppliers.
Our client is looking for candidates with a good understanding of billing and payments with an interest in a career within finance. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in finance support or service desk environments.
For this role, they will pay up to £31,000 on a 35 hour working week and hybrid working (50% WFH). Other benefits include up to 28 days holiday (plus BH) and a bonus scheme!
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide first-line support for finance queries and issues.
- Manage and resolve tickets across various finance workstreams.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements and team reporting.
- Maintain documentation and support daily operational tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using ticketing systems (ideally ServiceNow).
- Ability to prioritise, manage time, and work under pressure.
- Numerate with good problem-solving skills.
- Professional and proactive attitude.
- Understanding of finance processes (e.g., billing, payments).
