UK Mid Market Generalist M&A boutique based in the West-End have just announced expansion plans to take on 2 x Analyst/Associate (newly qualified ACA).

The company has been running for over 25 years and has expertise across a number of sectors and has offices internationally. These are newly created roles as a result of increased deal flow and expansion plans. Even last year they managed to close over 20 deals across a generalist market and this year they are even busier. Remarkably they achieve this whilst still enjoying a reasonable work/life balance.

They are a successful deal winning team pitching for business against many of the larger bulge brackets and often win due to their industry specialisation and boutique approach. Embodying the qualities of working in a boutique environment, this firm is also more entrepreneurial than most. At least 50% of their deal flow is repeat business or referrals ensuring you will actually be completing mandates and not just pitching.

Ideally you will be a newly qualified ACA from one of the Big 4 with a history of academic excellence. Alternatively you may be a 3rd yr Analyst from one of the other banks/boutiques. You must have a genuine focus and commitment to wanting to make the move into Corporate Finance. Preference will be given to those who have enjoyed secondments in TS, Lead Advisory, Modelling, Restructuring or other 'advisory' roles. However strong newly qualified auditors with the right attitude will also be considered.
