As opportunities in the Irish Market go this stands alone as a Unique M&A Role within an Investment Banking narrative. This one such opportunity at Executive/Manager level will be focused both domestically and internationally within significant growth markets!

With an extremely healthy pipeline and a growing market share our client is now seeking to add to their team and business here in Ireland with an experienced Exec/Manager who has gained significant M&A experience from inception through to completion. M&A Deal Experience is Vital!

The role In Brief:

• Assist with and work closely on deals from inception through to completion covering significant angles within the Tech, Pharma, Fintech & Gaming sectors across both Public and Private markets.
• Carry out relevant analysis and present your findings (both written and orally).
• Review Excel and AI Based models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions
• Understand, manipulate, and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions.
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure you are comfortable with the brief and drive the deal through to completion to the satisfaction of all parties.

Experience Required:

• Sector agnostic experience although exposure to Technology, FinTech, & Pharmaceuticals would be a plus circa 5/6 plus years.
• Exposure to the following would be key: Valuations, Financial Modelling, M&A, Due Diligence and or broad Transaction Services.
• Excellent Academics as well are also a pre-requisite with at least a Level 9 Masters Qualification required or ACCA, ACA, CFA.
• Extensive "Deal Experience" required showcasing exposure to end-to-end process through the deal cycle.
• Strong in personal skills and commercial acumen are also highly desirable.
