The Role

Working with the Partners on;

• Management Advisory Roles (100%)- Advising management teams on their commercial terms when working with Private Equity Houses, typically in Secondary buy-outs - Deal size £50m to £4bn+
• Workstreams: Pitch preparation, Modelling Private Equity structures, review and comparison of Private Equity House terms, Exit modelling, comparison and evaluation of commercial terms received from, Private Equity Houses,

Key Responsibilities

• Deal support to the team leader
• Financial/Exit modelling
• Assisting in pitching for business development
• Contact/liaison point for CEO/CFO, Lawyers, Banks and Private Equity houses
• Project Management

The Person - Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• Educated to degree level
• Accountancy background or equivalent corporate finance experience (minimum 3 years)
