Working with the Partners on;
- Management Advisory Roles (100%)- Advising management teams on their commercial terms when working with Private Equity Houses, typically in Secondary buy-outs - Deal size £50m to £4bn+
- Workstreams: Pitch preparation, Modelling Private Equity structures, review and comparison of Private Equity House terms, Exit modelling, comparison and evaluation of commercial terms received from, Private Equity Houses,
Key Responsibilities
- Deal support to the team leader
- Financial/Exit modelling
- Assisting in pitching for business development
- Contact/liaison point for CEO/CFO, Lawyers, Banks and Private Equity houses
- Project Management
The Person - Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Educated to degree level
- Accountancy background or equivalent corporate finance experience (minimum 3 years)
Competencies
- Client facing - positive attitude and work ethic
- Personal Effectiveness (i.e. influencing, managing change, resilience, initiative, adaptability, energy, integrity, analysing and solving problems, teamwork, communication - written and oral)
