Contract: Temporary, Contract

Salary: £10p/h - £12.50p/h

A brilliant opportunity to work for an excellent well-known waste management business. The role is for 6 months to help support the business with the collection of aged debts. This role requires someone who is experienced collecting debts within a large organisation and able to correctly communicate with suppliers.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Collections of overdue debts which are in line with policies and procedures of the business.
  • Maintaining and managing customers data so they are accurate and up to date.
  • Answering and resolving queries. Making sure they are logged correctly and tracked.
  • Communicating between customers internally and externally
  • Maintaining good relationships
  • Work to initiative to be aware of credit risks and conduct credit limits when need be.
  • Keeping within compliance rules and regulations for customer data safety.

Ideal candidate:

  • Someone who has previously worked within Credit Control
  • Experienced working in a busy credit control team
  • Experienced working with a wide range of customers/suppliers
  • Strong, confident communicator - written and verbally.
  • Key computer knowledge
